How do I create a marketplace account?
To create an account on Arouca Digital, simply go to the ’Reserved Area’ tab, using, for example, the green button in the top right corner, and fill in the form fields with your information.
 
What forms of payment are accepted?
We have several payment methods available, including:
- Multibanco Reference
- MB Way
- Credit or debit card
- Payment on site
Available methods may vary depending on the options defined by each merchant.
 
How can I track the status of my order?
To track the entire process and status of your order, simply go to the 'Reserved Area' tab, using, for example, the green button in the top right corner and log in. Then, you should access the orders tab by selecting the 'My Orders' option in the left-hand column. After that, just click on the 'View Details' button to see the order details.
 
What should I do if I receive a faulty product?
If you receive a defective product, you should first inspect the product upon receipt. Then, document the issue found (defects, wrong color, etc.), gather all order information, and finally, contact support to get assistance.
