The A4 Association – Acquire, Accept, Act, Adapt – was founded in 2017 and has been recognized as a Private Institution of Social Solidarity since 2019.
A4 works with individuals facing social exclusion and/or vulnerability, aiming to become a benchmark for sustainable individual and collective transformation at the district level.
Our mission is to sow the seeds of a new life by promoting behavioral change, personal development, and professional integration.

Under the applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods/products, to freely exercise their right to withdraw from the contract with Associação A4 - Acolher, Aceitar, Agir, Adaptar, provided that the return conditions are duly met. Only returns of new products, without signs of use, in their original sealed packaging, and eligible for return under current legislation will be accepted. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To do so, the customer must contact Associação A4 - Acolher, Aceitar, Agir, Adaptar directly through the available contact channels and then send the products to the following address: Rua da Igreja, 299 Burgo, 4540-226 Arouca, Portugal. Any refund of the amounts paid may be made through payment methods different from those used in the original purchase, which will be communicated to the customer in due course, without incurring any additional costs and in compliance with the legally established deadlines.
