Under the applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods/products, to freely exercise their right to withdraw from the contract with ARCPHONE UNIPESSOAL LDA, provided that the return conditions are duly met. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
