The company is managed by its founder, CEO, and Nutritionist Dr. Ana Helena Pinto, and the team also includes three nutritionists as an administrative assistant.

They are made using eggs, sugar, almonds and chestnuts, following techniques handed down through generations. Prices vary between €7.00 and €25.00, reflecting the care taken in the craftsmanship and quality of the products.
