But Vítor’s passion extends beyond farming and baking. He also spends part of his free time creating small wooden utensils and toys, pieces that were once used by the region’s children. By appointment, visitors have the unique opportunity to participate in some of the agricultural tasks. Lua Nova (New Moon) is a symbol of renewal and the name of our art and crafts project, rooted in the transformation of simple materials into meaningful works of art. We primarily work with paper and wood—natural, versatile resources—and bring them to life through techniques like Quilling and Pyrography. Each piece we create is one of a kind and thoughtfully crafted with a strong commitment to environmental consciousness at every stage of the process.
