Under the applicable legislation, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of the goods/products, to freely exercise their right to withdraw from the contract with Gruby&Duarte, provided that the return conditions are duly met. Only returns of new products, without signs of use, in their original sealed packaging, and eligible for return under current legislation will be accepted. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. To do so, the customer must contact Gruby&Duarte directly through the available contact channels and then send the products to the following address: Avenida das escolas n2, r/c, 4540-103 Arouca, Portugal. Any refund of the amounts paid may be made through payment methods different from those used in the original purchase, which will be communicated to the customer in due course, without incurring any additional costs and in compliance with the legally established deadlines.
